Why Thunderbird Bars Are My Favorite Go-To Snack

Who else can’t make it through the say with a little snack in between meals? I don’t know about you, but sometimes my hunger pangs strike at the most inconvenient times. I’ll look for a snack in my purse only to find crushed nuts or a bruised piece of fruit. I’m left having to go hungry or picking up something on the go that my body doesn’t necessarily care for. Sound familiar? Or, maybe you learned your lesson a while ago like myself and have found the perfect go-to snack. BUT, I’m here to tell you that I might have found an even better one–Thunderbird Bars!

Have any of you tried Thunderbird Bars before?! They are without a doubt my favorite go-to snack when I’m on the run! Anyone who knows me knows that (from lessons learned) I always keep snacks stuffed in my purse for emergencies because I can’t afford to go hungry. I love bars, especially when I’m in a hurry to get out the door in the morning, because they’re quick, easy, and don’t require any assembling. Especially if I only get a 15 minute break at work, Thunderbird Bars make it so easy to get something in my belly in a limited amount of time.

Downside of Most Energy Bars Today

So many energy bars out there today are heavily processed, have TONS of added sugar, and/or are filled with preservatives, fillers, and/or artificial flavoring, etc.. They’re basically candy bars. Thunderbird Bars are the exact opposite.

What Makes Thunderbird Real Food Bars Better

Thunderbird Bars are incredibly clean and have zero added sugar, are grain-free, and are made up of nothing but fruit, nuts/seeds, and spices. Some even have veggies like sweet potatoes and carrots. They’re even paleo certified, which I love! Because they’re such a pure source of energy, they’re easy for my body to digest and absorb the nutrients. They satisfy my need for something sweet while providing my body with what it needs to get me through the day.

Thunderbird Bars come in tons of different flavors. So far, my favorites are the ones pictured above. However, I also love the Texas Maple Pecan!
