Orange Essential Oil
I love using essential oils for cures and remedies. Lately, I’ve been on an orange kick, so I wanted to share a great article from Dr. Axe that explains some great benefits and uses for this amazing oil. It’s truly incredible what natural remedies can do!
How I Use It
Typically I use this oil for massaging my stomach to help with constipation. I also put it on the bottom of my feet, under my nose, and on my wrists to help me focus. It’s such a refreshing scent that it immediately puts me in a happy mood and reduces my stress. It smells so good that it can be used as a perfume replacement–a clean alternative to the chemicals and toxins they put in body scents and perfumes today. One of my favorite “perfume” blends is orange, patchouli, and vanilla!
If you’re new to essential oils, I typically use the brands Young Living, dōTerra, or Rocky Mountain. From the research I’ve done, those are the three best brands that I have found. I trust them and like the way they smell the best. I tend to have my favorites from all three brands because even the same oils smell slightly different. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and ask me!
