Number One Trick to Improving Mood Swings

Have you been feeling down in the dumps lately? Do you tear up easily or lash out at people for no reason? Well, I just may have the solution for you!

My Struggle

To be honest, during my freshman year of college, if anyone asked me how I was doing, I would immediately start crying, and for no reason! I loved Marquette, I loved being on my own, and I was really enjoying school, but for some reason, I just had the water works ALL THE DAMN TIME. It was awful. I needed to do something, so I went on a search for another good B vitamin supplement (in addition to the liquid b-complex that I take). B vitamins, in addition to many other things, support a healthy mood, nervous and digestive system, and maintain energy levels. Low and behold, I found this gem and have not stopped taking it since the day I got it.

Finding Something That Actually Works

This product is called Neuro-Immune Stabilizer and it’s a B vitamin topical cream (with some added vitamin D) that is applied to the forearms. Once I started applying the cream everyday for about a week, it was like magic. I didn’t cry when people asked me how I was doing and I was back to my happy, smiley, and energetic self. My mom also swears by this product and will not go a day without taking it!

While it is on the pricier side, it’s definitely worth the money! I’ve tried many other supplements, various herbs, such as St. John’s Wort, and even changing my diet, but for me, nothing works as well as this cream.

Everyone is Different

However, before I let my excitement get the best of me after seeing how well this product has worked for my mom and I, I must say that everyone is different. What works for one or a few people may not work for you. If you’re looking for something to try to improve your mood, I would suggest this product. If it doesn’t work, this product just may not be for you and you may need to try something else. It’s all about figuring out what your body needs and listening to your intuition, not just what other people tell you.

That being said, I would love to know if you tried it and if it worked for you! Since writing this post, two people that I know have tested it out and have seen very positive results.

Not getting enough rest and relaxation and excess stress can also cause horrible mood swings. Taking an epsom salt bath is one of my favorite tricks to improving my mood and overall wellbeing.
